Marine Corps League Rifle Match 2001
On September 22-23, 2001, a team of four members and
one observer competed in a rifle match.
Charter Awarded
Birth of the detachment: June 23, 2001. With a
ceremony and twenty-one hard charging Marines present, Howard County
Detachment 1084 is awarded its charter by the Department of Maryland
Commandant.
